How we operate
When we introduce people for permanent roles, we act as an employment agency. When we supply contractors, we act as an employment business. Both terms are defined in the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, and we work within those regulations.
We never charge a candidate a fee for finding them work.
Contractors work through their own limited company or through a payroll provider we work with.
Where a client is a medium or large business, the client decides a contractor's IR35 status and issues a Status Determination Statement. Where a client is a small business, the contractor's own company makes that decision.
Clients agree our terms of business in writing before any work begins.
We hold employer's liability, professional indemnity, public and products liability, directors' and officers' liability and cyber insurance.

We judge people on their ability and experience. We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010, and we expect the same of the clients we work with.
Complaints
If something has not been handled properly, tell us. Email [email protected] or write to our registered office, marked for the attention of the directors. A director will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and give you a full response within twenty working days.
