Infrastructure. Sellafield and the nuclear supply chain in Cumbria. Rail upgrades across the Pennines, highways, and energy projects on the coast.

Building. Manchester and Liverpool city centres, residential and build to rent, offices and fit-out, health, education and science parks.

What that means for a QS here.

Three different jobs within an hour of each other. Nuclear works to its own standards: clearance, long programmes and heavier commercial governance than anywhere else in construction. Water runs through long frameworks on NEC. Manchester building runs on JCT. A QS who has done nuclear is hard to replace.
