The Work You’ll Step Into- Commercial oversight across a £30m+ annual project portfolio (typical schemes £3–10m)
- Mentoring and developing QSs within the team
- Leading on contract negotiation, claims strategy, and client-facing commercial conversations
- Helping shape the long-term commercial systems and culture as part of succession planning
