• Take responsibility for commercial management of live and upcoming schemes.
• Administer JCT Design & Build contracts (with amendments).
• Provide cost planning, procurement, and reporting support to the Head of Commercial.

• Spot risks, challenge assumptions, and add value at each stage.
• Bring self-awareness to your work and, ideally, support with estimating when needed.

The work you’ll step into:

• Working across Liverpool sites and office, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.
• Leading on procurement and tender reviews for upcoming schemes.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and monthly valuations.
• Supporting final account negotiations and wrap-up of existing projects.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts to keep projects financially on track.
