What’s expected of you:
- Take responsibility for commercial management of live and upcoming schemes.
- Administer JCT Design & Build contracts (with amendments).
- Provide cost planning, procurement, and reporting support to the Head of Commercial.
- Build relationships across operations, design, and client teams.
- Spot risks, challenge assumptions, and add value at each stage.
- Bring self-awareness to your work and, ideally, support with estimating when needed.
The work you’ll step into:
- Working across Liverpool sites and office, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.
- Leading on procurement and tender reviews for upcoming schemes.
- Managing subcontractor accounts and monthly valuations.
- Supporting final account negotiations and wrap-up of existing projects.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts to keep projects financially on track.
