What’s expected of you:

• Support the lead QS across planning and pre-construction phases.
• Contribute to commercial management under JCT contracts.
• Prepare and check cost estimates, valuations, and progress reports.
• Liaise with site and design teams to keep information flowing.
• Get hands-on with live projects as the pipeline develops.

The work you’ll step into:

• Reviewing drawings and specifications at planning stage.
• Assisting in procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
• Monitoring budgets and flagging risks early.
• Helping prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Working closely with your lead to build commercial awareness.
